With cases of marriage of equality hitting the Supreme Court today, we couldn’t help but get nostalgic and reflect on the many same-sex couples who have started their lives together here at the Ranch. Whether they had a commitment ceremony or a civil union (like our event Under A New Moon which hosted the first legal same-sex unions in Illinois) We are confident that the Supreme Court will make the correct decision and push this country towards the steps of marriage equality. We look forward to the day when we only host unions that are seen by the law as marriages, regardless of the gender of the couple!
