At this time of year, we can’t help but think of our many creative meeting clients who are in education, since those teachers and administrators are wrapping up the school year and anticipating a hard-earned Summer Break.
As a meeting and special events venue, however, we don’t get report cards or grades, so we look to Catalyst Ranch client reviews to tell us how we did this year. Pardon our humble-brag, but the feedback is worthy of pomp and circumstance.

And a month earlier, we were lucky to host two different industry nights: one for Thursday Therapy (the Chicagoland network of Wedding and Meeting planners and vendors) and another for Club Ichi (a global cohort of event and activation producers).

I have wanted to hold a meeting at Catalyst Ranch for years, and when we did, it lived up to all my expectations!It’s fun, funky, and inspiring. It kind of shocks the system and makes you approach your meeting differently from what you experience in a drab hotel conference room. It felt like you were sitting in someone’s living and dining rooms and the attention and engagement of the audience reflected it.
The space also encouraged us to organize our event into a more casual, conversational style, so it was a combination of many things that made it work so well. We set the expectations for everyone that this would be different and they showed up ready to engage! ❤️ We would definitely go back for a similar event.
This one really is one worthy of cross-stitching, framing, and displaying on the mantelpiece.
